I am a Multimedia Designer currently working for Allstate Protection Plans (SquareTrade) and doing freelance work on the side. I've worked the last six years as a Multimedia Designer, and have been working professionally in various forms of digital media for the last nine years.

SquareTrade Learning & Development Department Style Guide
When I joined the team we did not have a set style guide or template for presentation creation. One of my first projects at SquareTrade was creating a style guide for use by the learning consultants while creating presentations, which I reviewed and provided corrections to. It provided formatting standards, colors, and instructions around photo, graphic, and video use.
DISC Dudes - Behavior Types
Another request at SquareTrade was a rework of our training related to behavior types, and using them to make informed decisions when working with escalated customers. Managers would take the assessment and discuss their personal type, and how these characteristics are exhibited by both employees and customers. I created a presentation template using a hand drawn style, with humorous imagery, to reduce the tension around discussing one's own personality, strengths, and weaknesses.
